After receiving your payment, we will begin printing your wallpaper.
The production time depends on the size of the order, but generally takes about one week.

Shipping

We deliver all orders via express courier service.
Delivery charges are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt (freight collect).

Returns & Exchanges

• All Musee wallpapers are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. We do not keep ready-made wallpaper in stock.

• After your order is placed, we will confirm the final artwork area, cropping and dimensions with you before production begins.

• If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us as soon as possible. A refund can be issued; however, any payment processing fees already charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Once the final artwork, cropping and dimensions have been confirmed and production has started, the wallpaper is considered a custom-made product and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind, colour preference or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• If your wallpaper arrives damaged, defective, or is produced incorrectly due to an error by Musee, please contact us with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, correction or refund.

Installation

Installation services are exclusively available within Dubai city limits.
Installation fees are not included in the wallpaper cost and will be charged separately.
